If you have been using the Office Mix Preview, you may have noticed the Office Mix Update button move from Charlie Chaplin grey to Lego Movie HD colour.

After clicking the update button, the update installed once I closed PowerPoint. After the update was installed, PowerPoint restarted and opened a very useful slideshow; something of a “Getting Started” for Office Mix. I thought, what better way to tell you about it than by recording an Office Mix and sharing it with you.

I have embedded the PowerPoint again, stored in OneDrive. The first two slides have embedded screen recordings captured using Office Mix.
The remaining slides have audio and inking recorded using Office Mix. However, at this stage, an embedded slideshow using PowerPoint Online wont play the audio or inking.

I look forward to seeing further progress of Office Mix and what feedback has been built into the Generally Available release, coming very soon.
